The Foundation of Dance

Ballet Gymnastics at MuMaMa is more than just stretching; it is the essential groundwork for healthy, sustainable dance training. This programme focuses on developing flexibility, strength, posture, and deep body awareness, ensuring that young dancers understand their physical capabilities before attempting complex techniques.

Age-Adapted Training

  • For Ages 5–7: The focus is on building a strong physical base through engaging exercises that promote coordination and correct posture. It serves as a standalone class or a perfect complement to choreography.
  • For Ages 8–13: The training evolves into a more structured format, emphasising alignment and disciplined movement. Classes follow Vaganova-based principles, bridging physical conditioning with formal ballet technique to prepare students for choreography and performance.

By cultivating a strong, aligned body, we empower children to express themselves with precision and confidence, channeling their natural energy into focused achievement.
