Jazzification Jam is a dynamic, hands-on workshop for older children, transforming familiar carols through rhythm, creativity, and improvisation. Participants explore the idea of “jazzification,” working with percussion, patterns, grooves, and simple harmonic ideas. Through collaborative experimentation, they build a unique musical piece, layering rhythmic variations and inventing new textures. The workshop supports playful exploration while introducing core concepts of jazz language, giving young musicians a chance to shape music actively rather than simply observe it.
