A hands-on introduction to basic first aid and everyday safety skills, designed to help children stay calm, recognize danger, and know how to ask for help.

This age-appropriate workshop introduces children aged 5–9 to the basics of first aid and personal safety through simple explanations, practical demonstrations, and guided discussion.
Kids learn how to react when someone gets hurt, what to do with small cuts and scrapes, why cleanliness matters, and when to seek help from adults.
The session also covers everyday safety awareness—fire, water, sharp objects, and the surrounding environment—adapted to the specific location (forest, mountains, seaside, or camp infrastructure). Special attention is given to emotional regulation: staying calm, breathing, and observing before acting.
The focus is not on complex medical procedures, but on building confidence, awareness, and responsible behavior in real-life situations children may encounter daily.
