An ongoing series of warm, movement-friendly music experiences for young children and their families in Zürich. Each gathering cultivates playful musical exploration, gentle connection, and a welcoming atmosphere where children of all ages can engage freely and naturally.
The MuMaMa Zürich 2025 event series brings together a curated collection of music-centered family experiences designed to nurture curiosity, emotional closeness, and early musical understanding. Sessions are crafted to be immersive rather than performance-focused: musicians play in close proximity, sound is explored through movement and touch, and families are invited into open, comfortable spaces that support relaxed interaction.
Across the year, the program offers a blend of soft sensory sound environments and more energetic, participatory musical encounters, always keeping the needs of babies, toddlers, young children, and their caregivers at the heart of the design, providing a gentle, inclusive ambiance and formats that adapt to different developmental stages.
To create a musical environment where families can connect, explore, and learn through shared participation; to support early musical development, encourage expressive freedom, and offer families accessible cultural experiences that feel both enriching and deeply comforting.
For families with children ages 0–13, including expectant parents.
